Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art centered primarily on grappling and ground fighting. It focuses on the principles of leverage and proper technique, designed to give an individual the means to defend themselves against a resisting opponent. It’s the perfect way to develop solid self-defense skills, and developing physical fitness at the same time. A BJJ student can train for many reasons, such as for fun, self-defense, sport jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts competition.

Kids Programs

Our coaching is founded in the belief that those invested in the child’s life are responsible for their education, and this doesn’t just mean parents and teachers, it means us too. Self-defense skills are the bare minimum your child will walk away with.

We offer both Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai, starting as young as 3!

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai is a combat sport derived from Thailand, also known as the art of eight limbs, characterized by the use of fists, elbows, knees, and legs.

Muay Thai kickboxing is more than just learning how to fight, it is a strong and vigorous martial art that teaches self-discipline and self-awareness. The Elite Muay Thai program is perfect for those who are looking to improve their fitness, learn self-defense techniques, or even compete in Muay Thai or MMA competitions. An all-around amazing experience.
